Kelli has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation. She has over 25 years of personal and small business tax experience and has corporate accounting experience across a number of different industries. Her prior experience includes being the Director of Accounting for a multi-state commercial property management company, Finance Manager for a state Department of Corrections complex, Office Manager for a large Catholic church in The Villages, and Owner of an natiowide servicing auto transport company with over 10 employees.
Barbara Rusin

Barbara Rusin brings over 25 years of diverse professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, notary services, and administrative support. Having worked across Indiana, New Jersey, New York, and Florida, she is strongly commited to accuracy, organization, and client service. At Elite Tax Notary Accounting Services, Barbara supports clients by answering phone calls, processing intake forms, entering and reviewing tax data, and managing essential administrative paperwork—ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently for every client we serve.
